While at Challenger Geomatics, James Mazak led the Amendment to an existing Conceptual Scheme to provide a framework for the subdivision and development up to 45 two-acre and four-acre Residential parcels, one Utility parcel and one Municipal Reserve parcel.
The public consultation component was the most significant component of this project and involved series of public open houses, individual consultations with area residents, and public hearing. Additional effort was needed to address and resolve inter-municipal development plan requirements as they related to servicing and transportation with the City of Airdrie.
