The Principals of Synergy Planning Inc. were hired to prepare a land use redesignation application and supporting subdivision design for approximately 100 lots, the proposed neighbourhood will feature a mix of manufactured and single detached homes that overlook a coulee and extensive park area. Highlights include maximizing view lots overlooking the coulee, integrating manufactured housing, and providing a central park with pathway connections to the coulee.
