While at Challenger Geomatics, the Principals of Synergy Planning Inc. were hired by a Developer to prepare and coordinate the first three subdivision phases of Rainbow Falls.
In review and preparation of the initial subdivision phase, the Principals of Synergy Planning Inc. applied the Town of Chestermere Land Use Bylaw requirements and Subdivision & Development Standards and discovered additional efficiency opportunities by shifting and extending block lengths in order to fit parcels at their optimize parcel dimensions and redesigning overlooked land areas for further intensification of density, while still complying with the Rainbow Falls Outline Plan, the Southwest Chestermere Area Structure Plan, and the Chestermere Municipal Development Plan.
The above planning and development review by the Principals of Synergy Planning Inc. was applied to the entire Rainbow Falls development area, which generated an additional two hundred parcels/units to the ultimate build-out of Rainbow Falls.
