While at Focus Corporation, James Mazak led the Sierra Springs Business Park project, which was approved by Airdrie City Council. This ±380 acre site offers a variety of parcel sizes on the south side of the City of Airdrie.
The Client brought us into this project to clearly identify the issues and opportunities for all the stakeholders and create a plan that was ultimately approved and implemented in record time. Our ability to assess a situation, listen to concerns and issues, synthesize information, formulate a solution, and map out the process enabled our Client to meet all of their obligations, while respecting the various agendas on the table. Given our success of navigating through the planning process, Wal-Mart and other National Retailers retained our services to aid in their development approvals.
