Synergy Planning Inc. was hired by a group of investors seeking an understanding of the potential of the land holdings. Synergy Planning Inc. undertook the tasks of conducting a land review, site analysis, and design preliminary concept plans to facilitate the decision process for the investor group.
Synergy Planning Inc. capitalized on the knowledge gained from the land review and site analysis that utilized the existing topography to design a concept plan that would create natural occurring walk out basements, low lying areas to capture and store overland drainage through a series of connected ponds, and a road network that follows the natural contours to avoid unnecessary cut-fills for road construction. Existing natural vegetation was also maintained within acreage lots to provide for wind and erosion protection while preserving privacy.
