Synergy Planning Inc. was hired to complete the due diligence (from a planning perspective) and provide a second opinion on the potential land assembly and partnership of 300 ac± located within the recently annexed area referred to as North Stoney. During the 60 day due diligence period, Synergy Planning Inc. obtained, gathered, reviewed, and summarized various reports, studies, maps, and figures that pertained to the subject lands from both current and historical records.
Upon completing their review, Synergy Planning Inc. reached out the surrounding landowners in order to obtain their perspective on developing this new community. With inputs from the land review, policy review, and surrounding landowners, Synergy Planning Inc. designed a preliminary concept plan that successfully accounted for the issues and opportunities that were identified.
