While at Challenger Geomatics, Tony Napolitano of Synergy Planning Inc. was hired by a Developer to prepare and coordinate a subdivision application to create five (5) Single Family Detached (R1) lots ranging in size from 0.74 ac± to 0.84 ac±, with the balance to include a road extension, public pathway, Municipal Reserve (MR) and Environmental Reserve (ER) parcels.
In the review and preparation of the subdivision application, Mr. Napolitano successfully applied the Municipal District of Bighorn’s Land Use Bylaw and Subdivision & Development Regulations, which resulted in unanimous approval.
Mr. Napolitano also led the surveying component of the subdivision approval to ensure that the conditions of approval, the final survey plans for endorsement and the ultimate registration at Alberta Land Titles were in compliance with the subdivision approval and the Lac des Arc Area Structure Plan. As a result of Mr. Napolitano’s guidance and leadership role throughout the entire subdivision approval and implementation stage, there was no extra costs, loss of time nor loss of knowledge from the initial application thru to the ultimate registration of the subdivision plan.
