On Saturday, September 13, 2008, Premier Ed Stelmach and the owner of OH Ranch, Mr. Daryl (Doc) Seaman formally announced the creation of a “heritage rangeland”, setting aside more than 4,000 hectares of grassland in southern Alberta.
Synergy Planning Inc. was hired to research, review, consultant, and advise the Client, Client’s legal team, and environmental consultants, regarding the potential planning implications that the new “heritage rangeland” designation would have on the existing farming residence and ranching operations.
