Synergy Planning Inc. was hired to represent the original developer at The City of Calgary’s Development Appeal Board Hearings for two (2) separate proposed Development Permit applications.  Synergy Planning Inc. was successful in demonstrating that their Client was an affected person within the meaning of section 685 of the Municipal Government Act, provided evidence and presented planning rational of how both proposed Development Permit applications did not comply with the approved Land Use Bylaw.

Synergy Planning Inc. was successful in having two (2) proposed Development Permits overturned by The City of Calgary Subdivision & Development Appeal Board.
