While at Challenger Geomatics, the Principals of Synergy Planning Inc. were engaged by the Developer to prepare and coordinate the land use redesignation and subdivision applications to create two (2) Residential Three District (R-3) parcels with a large undeveloped remainder parcel that contained the original Homestead and Ravine.
In addition, the Principals of Synergy Planning Inc. also negotiated the Deferred Services Agreement with Rocky View County for the benefit of the Developer, as well as coordinated the required studies and reports for the subdivision endorsement and ultimate subdivision registration at Alberta Land Titles Office.
