The Subdivision Appeal was against the decision of the Municipal District of Rocky View Subdivision Authority, which refused the application to adjust the boundaries between four existing ± 2 acre parcels in order to accommodate the building sites. Synergy Planning Inc. represented the developer and was successful in obtaining approval from the Municipal District of Rocky View Subdivision Appeal Board by demonstrating that the proposed subdivision complied with the municipality’s planning policies and subdivision requirements.
