While at Statesman Group of Companies, James Mazak led The Bentley House’s Site Development Permit application, Administrative Adjustment of Standards, and a Sign Permit that were all accepted and approved by The City of Issaquah.
Under the guidance of Mr. Mazak, The Bentley House project was fast-tracked through all the planning and development regulatory processes under a “Built Green Pilot Project.” Mr. Mazak prepared and coordinated a comprehensive Site Specific Development Permit Application, which complied municipal planning policies & development requirements, while achieving a “Built Green” standard in order to have the project fast-tracked and given priority status during the review process. This approach reduced the approval and development process by several months and The Bentley House project was also Statesman Group of Companies’ first successful Built-Green development.
