Synergy Planning Inc. was engaged to prepare, submit, and guide the development permit application for the new Club House through the planning and development approval process.
Synergy Planning Inc.’s knowledge and experience with Rocky View County, enable them to successfully navigate through the approval process, while ensuring that the project remained compliant with Rocky View’s Land Use Bylaw and Subdivision and Development Standards. In addition, as part of the approval process, Synergy Planning Inc. prepared a Comprehensive Parking Stall and Loading Schedule for all the proposed uses and activities that would occur on the parcel at full capacity.
