While at Challenger Geomatics, the Principals of Synergy Planning Inc.  were engaged by the Landowner to prepare a Land Use Redesignation and subsequent Subdivision application in order to create two 3.0 ac± Direct Control parcels from the existing 92.78 ac± parent parcel.

As part of the planning and development process, the Principals of Synergy Planning Inc. were able to successfully negotiate the full dedication of the future service road right-of-way, as part of the internal subdivision road requirement, in exchange the Landowner was only required to construct half of the service road surface as part of the approval.
